At Mavlino, we strive to deliver high-quality, made-to-order products. Because our items are produced specifically for each order, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.


Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom-made after your order is placed. This means we do not hold inventory and each item is produced specifically for you.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective (manufacturing defects, print errors, or material flaws)

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong product, size, or design

  • The product is significantly different from what was described or shown


Return Window

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.


Non-Eligible Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Minor variations in color or print placement

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

However, we always aim to provide a fair resolution. If you experience any issue, please contact us and we will review your case.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email returns@mavlino.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days.


Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover all return and replacement costs.

  • As all items are made-to-order, returns for customer-related reasons are generally not accepted.

Shipping costs are already included in the product price.


Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund


Replacements

In many cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • Replacement items are produced and shipped as quickly as possible

  • You may not be required to return the original item in certain cases


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, production may have already started and cancellation may no longer be possible.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide a resolution
