Processing Time

All Mavlino products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and reduce waste. Our typical processing times are:

  • Apparel & Accessories: 2-5 business days
  • Home & Living Items: 3-7 business days
  • Custom Orders: Processing times may vary and will be communicated at checkout

Processing time begins after payment confirmation and does not include shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been produced and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

United States Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after production

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—check our homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your Mavlino account.

International Shipping

We currently focus on serving customers within the United States. International shipping options may be available for select products—please contact us for more information.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all 50 US states. Please note:

  • We cannot ship to PO boxes for certain oversized items
  • APO/FPO addresses may have extended delivery times
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions based on size or destination

Customs & Duties

For international orders (when available), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes before shipment.
